My name is POPOOLA Olusoji Adedotun. My friends popularly call me PoddyDotty and it kind of stuck and became my official nickname, especially across all social media platforms. PoddyDotty is an outgoing, straight-shooting type. Enthusiastic and excitable, I am a "doer" who lives in the world of action. Blunt, straight-forward risk-taker, I am willing to plunge right into things and get my hands dirty. I live in the here-and-now, and place little importance on introspection or theory. I look at the facts of a situation, quickly decide what should be done, execute the action, and move on to the next thing. My personality is 75% Melancholic and 25% Phlegmatic.
My portrait is an Extroverted Sensing Thinking Perceiving (Extroverted Sensing with Introverted Thinking). My primary mode of living is focused externally, where I take things in via my five senses in a literal, concrete fashion. My secondary mode is internal, where I deal with things rationally and logically.
I have an uncanny ability to perceive people's attitudes and motivations. I pick up on little cues which go completely unnoticed by most other types, such as facial expressions and stance. I am typically a couple of steps ahead of the person I am interacting with. I use this ability to get what I want out of a situation. Rules and laws are seen as guidelines for behaviour, rather than mandates. If I have decided that something needs to be done, then my "do it and get on with it" attitude takes precedence over the rules. However, I tend to have my own strong belief in what's right and what's wrong, and will doggedly stick to my principles. The Rules of the Establishment may hold little value to me, but my own integrity mandates that I will not under any circumstances do something which I feel to be wrong.
I have a strong flair for beauty and style. My types are fast-moving, fast-talking people who have an appreciation for the finer things in life. I am very good at story telling and improvising. I typically make things up as you go along, rather than following a plan. I love to have fun, and its fun to be around me.
I need to keep moving, and so do well in careers where I am not restricted or confined. I easily become stifled and unhappy dealing with routine chores. I have a natural abundance of energy and enthusiasm, which makes me a natural entrepreneur and a problem solver. I get very excited about things, and have the ability to motivate others to excitement and action. I can sell anyone on any idea. I am action-oriented, and make decisions quickly. All-in-all, I have extraordinary talents for getting things started. I am not usually so good at following through, and might leave those tasks to others. Mastering the art of following through is something which I should pay special attention to. I am very practical, observant, fun-loving, spontaneous risk-taker with an excellent ability to quickly improvise an innovative solution to a problem. I am enthusiastic and fun to be with and I am a great motivator. I always believe that If you recognise your real talents and operate within those realms, you can accomplish truly exciting things.
My interests include: volunteering, learning new skills, teaching/mentoring, and sports. I am a die-hard supporter of Manchester United and I love so many other sports, such as; Tennis, Rugby, Cricket and Formula 1.
Professionally, I am a well rounded, resourceful, ethical and professionally certified ICT Administrator with proven ability and experience to create, deliver and implement technical solutions tied to business growth and Organisational development. My primary career goal is summarized in two words; “Adding Value”. My skills are mainly focused to identify and resolve IT problems; manage systems, projects and teams in a range of IT environments.
I love to keep it simple in the work place. I am a cool-headed, easy going and highly savvy individual. My problem solving skill is first rated and I have developed a strong interpersonal relationship skill over the years having worked with several multicultural Organisations, partners and clients.

I have some advantageous traits which are unique to my personality type. My skills of observation make me extremely good at correctly analysing and assessing other peoples' motives or perspectives. My people skills allow me to use this knowledge to my advantage while interacting with people. For this reason, I am an excellent IT Technical Support Specialist. I also have a special ability to react quickly and effectively to an immediate need, such as in an emergency or crisis situation. This is a valuable skill in many different professions, perhaps most notably in action-oriented professions, such as Information Technology. I enjoy new experiences and dealing with people, and dislike being confined in structured or regimented environments.
I also want to see an immediate result for my actions, and don't like dealing with a lot of high-level theory where that won't be the case.
